Joining Rocal in 2003, Stephen has utilised over 25 years’ experience working in the plastics and fenestration industries to lead the expansion of the business into a multifaceted manufacturing group. Alongside the management team, he is focussed on the continuous development of a world-class operation to support the Rocal customer.
Garry joined Rocal in November 2017. With a career in manufacturing spanning over 30 years, Garry has extensive experience in manufacturing, leading modular building system providers and high value, high specification top side units for the oil and gas industry. Garry leads the Group Operations including Health and Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Technical and Business Systems, with a focus on developing highly proficient teams, supporting delivery of company strategy and business growth.
After joining Rocal in 2006, with a background in Automotive 1st tier supply. Kevin has experience in senior positions in established businesses across production, materials and project management sectors. Kevin now strategically supports Rocal’s overall business development as we continue to grow, leading all Production, Maintenance, Materials Management and Extrusions departments.
Alison joined Rocal in 2007 as Company Accountant and is now leading our Finance and Sales office team. Alison has over 25 years’ experience in the finance sector, which has allowed her to integrate her knowledge and understanding into the fast-paced and dynamic work we carry out at Rocal: ensuring a better service to our customers.
Scott joined Rocal in 2018, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his experience working in home improvement and construction businesses in the FTSE 100. Scott leads Rocal’s Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience functions, to responsibly grow the brands within the group, using a combination of marketing and customer experience excellence.
Andrew is a commercially minded Supply Chain Leader, who joined Rocal in 2020. Andrew heads up the Procurement activities of the group and is the driving force behind Rocal’s Sustainability Charge to Net Zero.
Sharleen joined Rocal in 2021 to head up our new HR function. With over 20 years of HR, development and talent management experience gained within the engineering, manufacturing, renewals and chemicals industry, Sharleen leads our HR, recruitment, communication, and training team. She is committed to delivering our strategic business objectives by driving results through talented, engaged people supported by the right policies and processes.
